List or Sell - Which is Best?

If you own a home in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Los Altos or some of the other high-end Peninsula markets, your property might be worth more to a developer than to another homeowner. If your home needs updating or a lot of repairs it might be worth more to an investor. The fact remains that there are pros and cons to selling your house both ways. Basically, selling to a Home Buyer like us will result in an Off-Market and private transaction. You won’t have to open up your home and your life to the peering eyes of a bunch of Lookie-Loos. On the other hand, if you have the time and money to position your home for the best price, there are benefits to listing on the MLS as well. Fill in the box to the right or us at 650-643-5551.
